The US flag high up on Liberty Island.
The sign of freedom and dignity.

It was quite chilly, but i came prepared based on advice from my friends who went on the previous week. I donned a red Cecil Mcbee jacket for this trip, totally cosy and comfy. The prettiest part (my favourite part) of this jacket is actually inside! It is a satin inner layer with leopard prints. OoOOOOooo..♥

That was where we came from. The ferry ride was approx. 30mins.

My tourist-feel photo, the "i was here!" postcard-look alike pic. Lol.

The pass will allow visitors to enter its statue's premises, which includes a musuem tour of its history and also access to the pedestal (which we gave up because we were too lazy to climb up the 150 staircase)
If you remembered, my ferry ticket showed "No monument access" but we were granted entry. I have no idea why, i guess we were simply lucky. yeaaaahhh. This further strengthened my belief that red is my lucky color. Haha.

A smaller liberty figurine.

An paranomic view of the city landscape from the statue.
Look at the tonnes of people on ground.
Liberty island is really making big bucks!

At the edge of the monument.
It was breathtaking, the seaview, the blue skies, the leaves in all shades of autumn colors.

The Statue of Liberty.
This is just one out of the many shots i took.
But this is my favourite photo with the flying seagulls captured within it.

The strong ray of sunlight blocked out my face.
The beauty of imperfect photography. I like this.

The greenery and its beauty.
On ground, the liberty island itself is a charm.

The awesome background.
I couldn't resist requesting for one shot right there.

How many duckies are there in this picture?
There were soooo many!
Do you have an answer? Tell me >,<

I like the checkered shadow casted on the bird's body. It was from the grid fence.

Isn't this cute!?
The crown, the torch and the flag on me. Haha.
So hilarious, but hey, everyone else were queueing for this too ok!

Liberty trip was fun, although quite pointless.
Afterall, it is NY's top tourist attractions, a must-go!
At least, now i can proudly say that i had been there, done there, no regrets. :)
