Buffet at Oscar's

The other day... Viy brought me to Oscar's, Conrad Hotel for lunch. Was looking through the Ala carte menu, but after i walked through the buffet counter, i succumbed to the temptation of the buffet spread.

Buffet arrrrr!! 肥死了!!! Σヽ(゚Д゚; )ノ

Oscar's features a wide selection of Asian and international cuisine. Like any regular hotel buffet, there was a wide spread from cold dishes to hot entrees to desserts. I was already salivating just by looking at the buffet counter. Obviously, I was too spoilt for choices!

i tried my best not to overeat, trying a little these and that. But still, i did not have the opportunity to try everything that was available. There were too many choices. In addition, there was a noodle bar outside where laksa, prawn mee, bak kut teh were freshly prepared. But i was too full to have that. What a pity!

Overall i like the range of food that was available. I loved the fresh seafood, and Sashimi especially. Viy loved the cheese! The hot entrees mainly grilled and roasted stuffs, pretty delicious too. The sushi was so-so. The tempura was great too. The lavender dessert was unique too! In every sense, they appealed greatly to me.

We had a great time dining there. It was an enjoyable dining experience, in terms of food, ambience and service! I really have to comment that their service was superb. The service staff noticed every little details and attended very promptly to us. To me, it was $$$ very well spent!

I was too busy indulging in all these food and chitchatting with Viy, that i forgot to take lotsa photos of the place and the buffet counter....! Haha, Sorry! Next time!

Having too much good food recently. Eating too much!
My 减肥计划 is totally ruined! 。・゚・(ノд`)・゚・。

KL/Genting Trip

Long overdue KL/Genting Photos since August. Oops! I finally decided to do something about them after constant bugging from everyone. ごめんね!Too many photos so I am putting everything in collages.

****************************************
Twin Tower / Petronas Tower
Of course we didn't visit the towers because it is not our 1st trip there. I took these pics from the car when we passed by the area. The view was gorgeous but my photography skills sucks. Haha.

****************************************
Look-Out Point
They brought me to this hilltop place named Look-out point which housed various cafes and restaurants. The best part was the splendid view. We could see the entire KL city from here. Sorry my camera couldn't capture the best moment. But, it was definitely a nice place to chill out at night, or for a romantic date. Very peaceful and serene.
★すごいきれい!

****************************************
Genting Highlands - Temple
The 2nd day after a heavy DimSum breakfast, we headed up to Genting Highlands as planned. Up up up through all the winding roads. Our first stop was the Chinese Temple. I did more sightseeing and photo-taking, rather than praying. Haha.

****************************************
Genting Highlands
The main arena has roller coasters housed indoor too. The more intimidating rides were mostly outdoors. And some cute stuffs like Statue of Liberty, and Eiffel Tower. We didn't spend much time here because all the guys couldn't wait to head to the Casino!

Anyway, we played the Haunted Mansion, which was rather boring, for 三岁小孩啦!(-_-")

****************************************
Ripley's Believe it or Not!
We also went to The Ripley's Believe it or not.
It was pretty fun and took up quite some time, to play, read and take photos. There were many interesting facts and historical stories to read about.

After this stop, we headed for lunch and then spent the entire noon in the Casino! Haha. Everyone won money except me. 。・゚・(ノд`)・゚・。

****************************************
菊櫻Kiku Zakura
How can i not visit this place!!

The following day for lunch, we visited 寿司佬's restaurant at Mid Valley, we asked for extra fillings, more sauce, bigger portion and DISCOUNT~ heehee. We ordered some maki rolls, agedashi tofu and each of us had a Cheese Tori set. ★~~Very delicious and reasonably priced too. Hmmm, I think his business is doing big and successful, because he is opening more and more outlets, BUT lesser and lesser time to hangout with us!!

****************************************
Ipoh Chicken rice
Yummy yummilicious~

Dinner time, Alan brought us to dine at this chicken rice place. It was only about 8pm or so and almost everything was sold-out. It was rather disappointing because no more roasted chicken and seafood. Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable dinner, very cheap too! Plus, We met up with Gabriel too!

****************************************
Doggies' Paradise
After dinner, we headed for 寿司佬's home. It is a Doggies Paradise, i tell you! Oh my gawd... There were dozen of doggies in this house. Some pure breed, some mixed. I was totally terrorized by all of them! They were so cute! i wished i could kidnap one or two home lah. Haha.

****************************************
SKYLINE
That night, everyone drove a SKYLINE!! (*_*)
Both Gabriel and Adrian bought new rides, R34. Nicky drove a R33.
我的天啊!

Adrain's Z-tune r34!
Now i know la, Making sushi can roll in lotsa money la!

Team Tomodachi New design!
And..Btw.. Team Tomodachi made a new design !
Actually I felt the old one was much cuter, but too many people were copying us la! And of course, only the true Team Tomodachians get the new design ok. I chose a white one!
━━━━━━(゚Д゚)━━━━━━ !!!!!
STOP COPYING US OK!

****************************************
Game of Jenga
On the last day, we went to this Station#1 Cafe, had our lunch, chill out, chitchat etc. A little sad that all the past few days of joy and laughter came to an end so soon.

Played this game. i think it's called Jenga, i can't recall. It's the wooden block tower building game. Had been a long time since i played this.
Liews....They toppled the tower and one of the brick fell right into my drink. (~_~")

****************************************
Though it was a short trip, i enjoyed myself very much. It was nice meeting up with some friends that i had not seen for sometime. Friends come and go all the time, but i hope despite the distance apart, our friendship will not fade. Not now, and not in future.

All the good things come to an end ♪
Very soon, everyone were back to their busy lifestyles.
We all have our work and commitments.

I hope to meet them again soon.
(*´∀`) Sayonara~ Mata ne~

P/S: The pretty collages were made with PhotoScape. Introduced to this useful software by Apple. Thanks babe. =)

Rilakkuma リラックマ

生病了!=( Only back in SIN for 2days.
This isn't the worst of all! 。・゚・(ノд`)・゚・。
The real shit is I'm home alone for the entire month, meaning: no home cooked dinners and no one to do house chores for me. Daddy is overseas, Mummy went on holidays with granny, Bro just got enrolled into NS and the china maid is on leave.

I tell you, Life is HORRIBLE. ━━(゚Д゚;)━━?!!
Do u think i have the time and mood to upload pics and blog? .... when a mountain of dishes and a truckload of clothes waiting for me out there. *SCREAMS* !*&$#@

Enough of complaints.

September is coming to an end soon.
It had been such a sweet month.
Got many gifts from everybody. Very nice of them!
Cindy JJ went to Tokyo for W-inds concert and she bought me a gift too!

It is a Rilakkuma リラックマ!!
As the name suggests, it means relax + kuma. A bear who loves to relax!
Sounds exactly like me, but I'm a piggy!
Heehee. I'm Rilakbuta リラッブタ~~~★. New character! (笑)

Rilakkuma リラックマ

可愛い❤

友達

My little window looks much cuter with the Rilakkuma sitting with the other bigger toys. I have too many plushies! Very Cute ^^ All of them are gifts. Haha. I will only buy Cookie Monster for myself!

Okay, time to do my laundry. Σヽ(゚Д゚; )ノ
疲れちゃた!

MISIA

Damn lucky leh!
The only nice thing about working in Business class - You get to interact face to face with many popular Japanese celebrities. ( ◡‿◡✿)
Misia was in SG for her concert, and she took my flight back to Tokyo on Sunday.
Can u imagine!! MISIA leh....

I don't know why no information was given beforehand that she would be onboard. Pretty strange because usually this should be like important info too. Her name was indicated as Miss ITO in the passengers' information, so it didnt occur to me it was her (Ya know..Ito is such a common surname what...). Until an old Japanese crew told me Misia is in our Business class. I was like..."Wah.. Where's her seat..." Getting excited ya know.

BUT... she told me she don't know this singer. (-_-") Omfg!
Walau, how can you not know! You japanese somemore leh! I think maybe she is a little too old to be interested in all these.... =X

Misia is really petite in size. Sweet features and her trademark dreadlocks hairstyle. Her dreadlocks hair is huge leh, like kinda heavy... Her fashion sense is very gd too. A pity that it was a night flight, and as usual all passengers would be soundly asleep. Only managed to speak to her during meal service.

Anyway, enjoy this song.
One of her hit singles. This is a very popular song, i'm sure all of u has heard it somewhere before. One of my favourite songs too. Very nice~~

MISIA - Everything

Everything
作詞 MISIA
作曲 TOSHIAKI MATSUMOTO

You're eveything You're everything

You're eveything You're everything
あなたと離れてる場所でも えばきっと許してしまう どんな夜でも

You're eveything You're everything
あなたの夢見るほど強く 愛せる力を勇に 今かえていこう

You're eveything You're everything
あなたと離れてる場所でも えばいつも消え去って行く 胸の痛みも

You're eveything You're everything
あなたが想うより強く やさしいならいらない 欲しいのはあなた

occupation woes

I fucking hate my job.

because....
- i can't dye/highlight my hair.
- i can't do hair extensions.
- i can't do meimei diamante nails.

OH-SO-BORING LIFE!!! knn....
What's the point of earning all these $$$ but i can't happily beautify myself the way i want it? Even my manicurist knows that i can only choose from that range of blardy boring dead-pink nail colors. All the chio-est OPI colors will only appear on my toes where nobody will ever see them at all. Oh god.

*****************************
In NewYork. Freaking cold 19Degrees.
Flying on a new aircraft this time.
Very nice, very clean, very spacious, What more can i say...

But the most interesting thing is .........
Their seats are made by RECARO.
RECARO
leh!! U heard me right!
Funny right, Recaro and Aircraft, like totally no link, that's what i thought.
Haha, maybe the cockpit has bucket seats. Woohoo Need for Speed! Rofl.

I'm looking forward to my return flight, because i finally get to do the Premium Economy class after hearing all the buzz about it. Anyway, hearing the word Economy just makes me happier. And it is a super rare case to tio Economy leh, bcoz me being the most senior crew.. What the hell right. 太看得起我了啦! Sibeh stressful one ok, Don't playplay.

And i'm even more looking forward to my next flight... Lalalala~~
*surprise-surprise* C-h-a-r-t-e-r-e-d Flight ok!!

OMFG...
OK, now i do love my job. (~_~")

Sashimi-ly deprived

I can't help it.
Every time i come back to SIN, i feel i am deprived of Japanese food, especially Sashimi. I don't know how to describe the feeling. Cannot tahan, i went out for Sashimi even knowing that mummy cooked dinner for me.

Had these at MOF, bugis.
I wouldn't say that the quality of Sashimi is excellent, i don't think it is comparable to what i had in Japan. But i think they are good enough to satisfy my cravings, and reasonably-priced too.

Even now i look at these pics, i'm salivating lor! tmd!
I think i can eat tonnes of sashimi by myself.
I think i don't need to be Cookie monster, i can be Sashimi-Monster.
S is for Sashimi. LOL.
Haha, sounds quite eeks.

Aiya, fuckin, just teleport me back to Japan now la!

P/S: i took the photos with my Samsung phone. Not bad right, 5mps. Teehee.

Flight changed!

Flight changed! kekeke
Aiyo, I don't know if this is supposed to be good or bad news.

Good, because i don't have to fly with the junior whom i dislike @#$%@*
Bad, because i kinda miss shopping in Guangzhou., and i wanna go eat the 麻辣汉堡! Boohoo.

No matter what, i'm so damn glad that i have my weekends in SG. I'd lost count of how many fucking weekends i had missed out. Feels goddamn sian one ok. And i super hate it when friends sms or call me when i am in overseas and jio me to go out. Argh, i wanna like fly back immediately!!

****************************
Heehee, Nicky had been asking for the Genting pics.
Sorry la, too busy. But i promise i will do so before i fly off again.

Now, before the Genting Holidays entry, I wanna post this very special photo here first. hahaha...

Nicky and I, heehee.
Genting Highlands 5th Aug

This was actually taken 3 days before i went on holiday. Lame right.

Walau look at my shagged face. (0_0)
It was damn ridiculous because i was in KL for 1 night (via KL to Osaka), and i touched down to KL around 10pm and we met up for supper at my favourite BBM. Full and Satisfied!

Then, Mr.A (name cannot be disclosed for privacy purposes) suggested to drive up to Genting Highlands to chill out. Haha. Who cares, since i wasn't not the one driving, i was game for it.

It was like 2 am or so. Super windy and cold up there.
And so... we took this photo. (-_-") They said, because this photo serves to show that i had been to Genting Highlands, 到此一游, in case they wanna fly me plane on the holiday trip. KNS right?(but of course they didn't lah). And.. cannot 3 people take together, especially it was the 7th Lunar month then. Haha. I scruntinized the photo via 100% zoom, this photo has no extra "friend", phew!

****************************

haha, ok, time for my brunch.
XOXO

Osaka大坂

Osaka photos.
A little overdue, but it's always better late than never, isn't it?

I love Osaka flights, although compared to States flights, Osaka flights yield $peanuts. But Osaka has the charm that makes me kinda happy whenever i see my schedule that I'm doing this flight. I don't mind doing it every month lor! I think the last one i had was couple of months ago, almost half a year. Yikes, so long! After every stay at Osaka, i always tell myself i wanna come here for holidays someday. Haha.

Osaka is a nice place overall, I think Osaka is like a mini-Tokyo.
Whatever that Tokyo has, Osaka has them too.
The food, the shopping, the sightseeing... practically everything.

**********************************

Having Chinese food in Japan is such a strange thing,
because they never taste as good as the authentic ones. Opps. Haha.

**********************************

The shopping stretched from Namba to ShinsaiBashi.
It was at least double the size of Orchard.
When the night falls, the entire street immediately became colourful by all the lights. I felt like i had been teleported into a color wonderland, there were too much dazzle here and there. Every gaze seemed like an art appreciation. Somehow, it made me wonder how much energy used for all these blingblings we see...hmmm.

**********************************
KITTY-CHAN @_@
I went gaga immediately upon seeing her shop!
I'm your BIGGEST fan lah! No doubts one ok!

Looking so cute and sweet in that traditional japanese costume.
See how the lights changes from one color to another....

Now you see how huge the kitty is @_@

**********************************
My favourite!!
Milk mint sweets and Rose/Peach Collagen sweet!
I'd been introduced to these by a Captain and a JP crew respectively.
And got hooked on them ever since then... kakaka.

**********************************

Will post the Genting pics if I'm free over the next few days. Hadn't even uploaded the Amsterdam ones yet. Lazy bummer me. haha. i have 3 more days. oh god.
